2. Principle
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect data that is necessary to provide our services.
3. Data collected with online bookings
When you reserve the self-service workshop we collect your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle details, remarks and the selected booking data (date, vehicle lift, time slot, tool option). This data is used for appointment management, for contacting you and for invoicing.
4. Legal basis and retention
Processing takes place for the initiation and performance of the contract and to comply with statutory retention obligations. Booking and order data is retained for the statutory retention period of 10 years and deleted thereafter.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is not sold. It is only passed on to service providers who support us in operating the website and managing bookings (hosting and database), and where we are legally obliged to do so. These service providers are contractually bound to confidentiality.
6. Hosting, server logs and maps
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as the IP address, the time of access and the browser type is logged. On the contact page we embed a map from OpenStreetMap. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to the map provider.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data required to operate the website is processed.
